Day of Ash: No puppies?

Woke up this morning to Ash pushing me out of bed. Almost literally.

We had puppies arrive last night, and Ash just loves puppies. A little too much. If he could have his whole life centered around puppies, he would drop me in a heart beat.

So, while Ash is doing his job, it’s almost in silent protest. He picked up the soda for me, but then just sat there looking at me instead of bringing it to me without command.

He still is playing counter balance. He is not “slacking” in his jobs.

I can just tell, as the puppies get older, it’s going to get harder to keep him on track.

Later today we are going to work on a few training points, one of them being picking things up and putting them on the desk instead of handing them to me.

He always seems to perk up when he is learning something new.
